[Developer Name or Trade Name] (the “Developer”) sets forth the following policy regarding the handling of personal information in “Notion Recall” (the “App”).

1. Information We Collect and Process

Information processed within the App and during communication

The following information is processed to provide the App’s features. Except for temporary transit during authentication and similar processing, all of it is stored only on your device and is never stored persistently on the Developer’s servers.

• Notion account information: The access token obtained through OAuth authentication, and the name, email address, and workspace name registered with Notion
• Notion data: Data from the databases you select
• Learning progress data: Flashcard study history and answer accuracy
• Crash and error reports (anonymous, automatic): To improve the stability of the App, when the App crashes or encounters a serious error or freeze, we automatically and anonymously collect the error details, where it occurred (stack trace), the app version, OS type and version, and the device model name. This information is not linked to personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, or persistent device identifiers) or to the contents of your Notion data.
• Inquiry information: When you use the contact form, we collect the content you enter and, if you choose to provide them, your email address, device information, and app version. This information is used only to respond to your inquiry.

Information we do not collect

• Home address or phone number
• Location information
• Device identifiers (such as the IDFA or IDFV), or access to your contacts, camera, or microphone

2. Purposes of Use

Collected information is used only for the following purposes:

• Providing the App’s features (displaying Notion data and study features)
• Improving the App and addressing defects

3. Data Storage Locations and Use of Third-Party Tools

• Access token and account information: Stored encrypted in your device’s secure storage (such as Keychain).
• Learning data and database information: Stored only in your device’s local storage.
• OAuth authentication: To establish a secure authentication flow with Notion, requests pass through AWS (Amazon Web Services). Only the authorization code exchange is processed temporarily on the server, and the data is deleted immediately after processing is complete. Account information, including access tokens, is never stored on the server side. For details, see the AWS Privacy Policy.
• Subscription management: RevenueCat is used to securely manage the subscription status of paid features. Anonymous identifiers and transaction information related to purchasing, restoring, and checking the status of subscriptions are sent to RevenueCat. This anonymous identifier is randomly generated within the App and is not linked to device identifiers (such as the IDFA or IDFV) or to your name or email address. • Crash reporting: We use Sentry to detect defects and improve the App. Only anonymous technical information is collected; it does not include personally identifiable information or the contents of your Notion data. For details, see the Sentry Privacy Policy.
• Contact form: We use Google Forms to operate the contact form. Content submitted through the form is stored on Google’s servers. For details, see the Google Privacy Policy.

4. Provision to Third Parties

The Developer does not sell or provide your personal information to third parties. However, the App works with the following services to provide its features:

• Notion: Access to the databases you select
• AWS: Temporary processing of OAuth authentication
• RevenueCat: Management of subscription status for paid features
• Sentry: Anonymous crash and error information
• Google: Operation of the contact form (Google Forms)
• Apple App Store: Payment processing for paid features (the Developer never obtains or stores payment information such as credit card numbers)

5. Data Deletion

The App provides the following data deletion operations:

• Log out: Deletes the authentication information stored on your device (access token, name, email address, and workspace name). Learning data remains on the device.
• Delete local data: Deletes all learning history, database information, and similar data stored on your device. Authentication information remains.
• Uninstall: The operating system automatically deletes all data related to the App from your device.

Note: The App never deletes or modifies your original data in Notion.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child under 13 has provided personal information, please contact us through the contact form listed in the “Contact” section of this Policy.

7. Changes to This Policy

If this Policy is changed, we will provide notice in the App or on the product website. For material changes, the updated date will be clearly indicated.
